  • 1. What is VT Markets ClubÉlite?

    VT Markets ClubÉlite is a tier-based loyalty programme designed for Introducing Brokers (IBs). IBs earn Tier Points through eligible activities such as trading performance and deposits, which determine their tier status and access to programme entitlements.

  • 2. Who is eligible for this programme?

    IBs who have successfully registered with VT Markets, completed the verification process, and have at least one rebate account are automatically enrolled to this programme.

  • 3. Is there a fee to join VT Markets ClubÉlite?

    Not at all — ClubÉlite is completely free.

  • 4. What benefits are available under ClubÉlite?

    ClubÉlite offers tier-based entitlements designed to support IB growth and performance. These may include access to selected programme features, marketing and brand resources, and other tier-based benefits. Please note that available entitlements may vary by tier, and additional benefits may be introduced progressively.

  • 5. What happens to my points or benefits if my membership is suspended or terminated?

    In such cases, you will lose access to your points, tier status and any associated programme entitlements. VT Markets reserves the right to revoke all or part of any unused or unfulfilled benefits.

  • 6. How do I access my tier entitlements?

    Eligible entitlements will be reflected in your IB Portal based on your current tier.

  • 7. How can I check my tier points and tier status?

    You can log in to your IB Portal at any time to view your Tier Points balance, tier level, and applicable programme entitlements.

  • 8. What are Tier Points?

    Tier Points are points you earn based on your and your retail clients' performance. They determine your current tier level in the programme and the entitlements you can access.

  • 9. How are Gross Deposits (GD) calculated for Tier Points?

    Tier Points for Gross Deposits (GD) are calculated based on the total eligible deposit amount recorded in the system. GD is based on the gross deposit amount and is not affected by withdrawals.

    Only deposits that meet the programme rules and eligibility requirements will be counted toward Tier Points.

  • 10. How is Notional Volume (NV) calculated for Tier Points?

    Tier Points for Notional Volume (NV) are calculated based on the total eligible closed trading volume (USD) recorded in the system. Only closed trades held for more than 5 minutes will be counted, and credit bonus trades are excluded.

    Only trading volume that meets the programme rules and eligibility requirements will be counted toward Tier Points.

  • 11. Will copy trading activity be included in Tier Points calculation?

    Yes. For copy trading accounts, eligible copy trading transactions and deposits will be included in the Tier Points calculation under ClubÉlite, subject to the applicable programme rules and eligibility requirements.

  • 12. What is the validity for Tier Points?

    Tier Points are valid for 12 months from the date they are earned.

  • 13. How often are my Tier Points updated?

    Tier Points are calculated daily at 00:00 (server time) and refreshed on the IB Portal at 09:00 AM (UTC+2), based on your previous day's performance.

  • 14. What happens if I don’t meet the tier retention requirements?

    If your valid Tier Points do not meet the threshold required for your current tier, your membership tier will be adjusted to the tier that corresponds to your actual points.

  • 15. Can I transfer my Tier Points to another IB account?

    No. Tier Points are non-transferable and non-redeemable. They are solely used to determine the tier of the account in which they were earned.
